How it works
From a DM to an introduction
Keep meeting people where you already do. When someone's ready to work with you, invite them in — and the other half of the job, finding who to put them in front of, happens in the same place.
Onboard them from the DM
When a conversation on Instagram or WhatsApp turns serious, click Onboard and add their email. Their name, handles and the DM so far are optional. The pasted history is only ever visible to you.
They get an invitation
We email them an invitation from invites@match.build with your name on it. Or copy the invite link and drop it straight into the DM. Meanwhile you can read the history and add notes.
Carry on in the chat
They sign up with their name and email, accept, and the conversation carries on in a private chat with you. Drafts in your voice wait above the composer, and what you learn goes on their profile.
Work the match board
Every night your book is scored pair by pair, and the strongest land on the board as suggestions with the arithmetic on the card. You introduce, you record how it went.

One chat per candidate
Each candidate gets one real-time conversation with you, in the app. No more scrolling back through DMs to find what they said.
Their history comes with them
Paste in the DM thread when you onboard someone. It opens their conversation, marked as only visible to you.
Invite by email or link
Candidates get an invitation with your name on it, or you paste the invite link into the DM. Resend it, revoke it or fix a mistyped email any time.
Notes and a full history
Private notes on every candidate, plus a record of every change: details edited, invitations sent, who joined and who left.
Notified, not spammed
Push and email tell you a new message is waiting, never what it says. Once you've read the conversation, they stop.
Built for your phone
You work between meetings, so every conversation works fully on a phone screen, and the app installs to your home screen.
Drafts in your voice
A candidate writes, and seconds later one to three replies are waiting above the composer. Send one, edit it first, or dismiss it. A switch in the header turns them off for a conversation.
A profile, not a note dump
What you learn about a candidate lands on a structured profile. Every value carries where it came from and the words they used, so you can see why it says what it says.
A match board with the reasons on it
Proposed, Introduced, Connected. A nightly run scores every pair in your book and shows its arithmetic on the card — no model picked it, and the same book scored twice gives the same answer twice.
A profile that fills itself. Today you type what you learn onto a candidate's profile. Next, the assistant proposes it from the conversation with the quote it heard it in, and you accept or you don't. After that, a second read over the board's shortlist, and the introduction itself.
Our rule
We organise. You decide.
We're not building a dating app, and we're not trying to replace your judgement with an algorithm. Your judgement is what candidates pay for.
Nothing sends without you
Every message a candidate reads is one you pressed Send on, drafted by you or not. The board introduces nobody to anybody: it records what you did.
Private means private
The DM history you paste in and your notes are marked as yours alone. Candidates see the chat and nothing else.
Every change is on the record
Edited details, invitations, profile changes, who joined and who left: each is logged with who did it and when — and when it was the assistant, which model. Removing something never erases it.
It works without the AI
Turn the drafts off, or let the model fail, and you still have the whole inbox, the profiles and the board. Nothing waits on a model, and the matching has none in it.
Privacy
Your candidates are yours alone.
Candidates tell you personal things. That information stays inside your account and is never pooled or shared.
- Every record belongs to one matchmaker. No other account can see it, and none of our tools look across accounts.
- If someone is a candidate of two matchmakers, they get two separate records. Neither of you can find out about the other.
- Candidates only see their chat with you. Never your notes, the DM history you pasted in, the change history or other candidates.
- Nothing is deleted. If a candidate leaves or closes their account, you keep the conversation and your notes. They're told this before they accept your invitation.
- Matching only ever looks inside your own book. A pair is two of your candidates, scored on what you have on them, and no part of it reaches across accounts.
